Grupo Velutini was the pioneer in the development and operation of the first new generation shopping center in the Dominican Republic: BlueMall Santo Domingo; the most sophisticated and luxurious center in the country. In this multi-use real estate complex the JW Marriott Hotel was inaugurated, considered the first of the chain in the world during the first period of operation in the Dominican Republic. In addition, BlueMall Santo Domingo has a modern office tower. BlueMall Puntacana was also inaugurated in 2017 , which contributes to the development and growth of the Eastern Region of the country.

The most recent project announced is the expansion of what is now BlueMall Santo Domingo and the arrival of the World Trade Center brand, and with it the construction of the most ambitious project in the country, adding the Dominican Republic to the list of more than 91 countries belonging to this prestigious association, which marks a before and after in the real estate sector of luxury projects. Grupo Velutini is known for its respectable trajectory in Venezuela through the Real Estate Securities Fund for more than 25 years, developing real estate complexes of AAA offices and state-of-the-art shopping centers.
