The Velutini Group in the Dominican Republic pioneered the development and operation of the first next-generation shopping center: BlueMall Santo Domingo, the most sophisticated and luxurious in the country. The JW Marriott Hotel, considered the chain’s first property worldwide, opened within this mixed-use real estate complex during its initial period of operation in the Dominican Republic. It also features a modern office tower. In 2017, BlueMall Punta Cana opened, contributing to the development and growth of the country’s Eastern Region.
